Last july 16,2006 The Roman catholic Bishop of Malolos,Bulacan,Philippines-Jose F.Oliveros thru the request of their board of consultors released a pastoral letter against ICAB particularly our congregation of St.Carlos.The letter was read all over the province of Bulacan.During their Sunday and weekday masses.The content of the letter goes like this:

1.St.Carlos Duarte Costa was Excommunicated and was never a canonized saint by Pope of Rome.
2.Fr.Roger martinez was never ordained as Catholic Priest
3.The ICAB is just imitating the rites of the Roman Catholic Church
4.Never attend mass they are celebrating because they are deceiving and pretending
5.ICAB is never been part of the Catholic church
As A congregation,We assert that the Roman catholic Church should respect us a church.The Term Catholic is not just exclusive to the Roman Church.They used our website with out permission but never quoted the apostolic line of Bishop Galaroza.There is really malice in that action.I,Fr.Roger Martinez was orained by Bishop Galaroza last April 12,2003 at Novaliches.Therefore,Iam a Catholic priest.
If the Bishop of Malolos has problem with us.Because we accept their priests joining CSC,they should talk to us first before releasing an irresposible statement.
That is a conduct unbecoming of a Bishop.The letter is an insult to all ICAB-ICAN members.Have Mercy on him,Lord
