My dear brothers:

Evidently you gentleman were not copied on my original email with regard with the ICAN / ICAB communion.

Please email Bp. Queen at bpandre@comcast.net to be added to the Church email distribution list.

To answer your question, We are no longer in Communion with the Patriarchiate of Brazil. There are several reasons why this has happened.

First, the Patriarch has been replaced as the President of ICAB, and a new President Dom Josivaldo has decided that the promise of a few pieces of silver weighs more than all of our successful efforts to reunite the Church and her fragments here in the USA.

Second, our demand that we retain our Sovereignity here in the USA had fallen on deaf ears. They have had encroachers on our soil her for many years operating without permission from the Church here in the US. They have had over a half dozen Concordats of Intercommunion over the years, and each one was violated by Brazil at one point or another.

We shall continue in our course of building the church faithful to the vision of St. Carlos of Brazil, with or without approval of Brazil.

We have always been and will always be a Sovereign Church dedicating our efforts to the Glory of Almighty God!

I am sadddened that we have had to break from Brazil. But I also know that we are traveling a traditional road led by Our Lord Jesus Christ. He led us in and He led us out, for a pupose. I support our Bishops and pray for our primate the Metropolitan, and Bishop Queen as we go forward with the Lord.

I am sadened about thios break in communion. We worked hard to be a success with ICAB But we are still a Great success in building up the church of God and saveing the Catholics that have fallen away. Alsdo we have succeded in continueing to serve God and our brouthers and sisters in Christ by Spreading the word of God by word and action. And we shall endever to continue in the triditional Mass as handed Down to us. I pray that God will bless us in all we do for his people and for his kingdom
