The Most Reverend Dom Luis Carlos Feliciano, Auxiliary Bishop of Brasilia, Brazil, fell asleep in the Lord on December 7, 2007 at 11:00 pm, after a brief bout with meningitis. He was loved by his diocese, and his absence will be profoundly missed. Our own Bishop Andre Queen met Bishop Feliciano in Brazil in 2005 and forged strong ties of friendship and respect for one another. The Catholic Apostolic National Church mourns his loss alongside the Igreja Católica Apostólica Brasileira (ICAB).[/b]
