In relation to the Pastoral letter issued by Roman bishop Of Malolos,Jose F.Oliveros,Fr.Rogelio Martinez,CSC filed his complaint at the Regional Trial court in Malolos city,Bulacan againts Jose F.Oliveros for Crime of Libel.August 17,2006 a preliminary investigation was conducted before fiscal Belley.September 6,2006 is supposed to be the date of issuance their counter affidavit.
Bishop Andre Queen,Apostolic delegate of Patriarch Luis Fernando issued a letter to Bishop Jose oliveros.In the letter,Bishop Queen encouraged the Bishop to choose dialogue than insult.Fr.Martinez sent his letter to all Bulacan Clergy.
Archbishop Joseph Galaroza issued also a counter pastoral letter.This was according to Archbishop to correct the errors of the pastoral letter issued by Oliveros. |
