On October 17, 2005, at the Catherdral Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe and the Sacred Host, in Mexico, the Patriarch, Dom Luis Fernando Castillo Mendez, will celebrate High Mass, recognizing the Silver Jubilee of Dom Jose' Camargo Melo, Primate of the Catholic Apostolic Church of Mexico. Let us join the Patriarch in congradulating Dom Jose in this landmark in his ministry.
