American Girl Place hits the national news today (11/01/2005), as thier connection to the Pro-Abortion Movement is shown. American Girl Place, owned by Mattel Toys, has been donating money and linking its web site to "Girls, Inc." an independent organization that is underwritten by the National Organization for Women, Planned Parenthood and other Pro-Abortion organizations. Sales made by customers of certain merchandise items propt a percentage of those sales dollars to be donated to "Girls, Inc.".
In addition, several books sold at American Girl, marketed to girls aged 9 - to 16 years of age, promote, among other things, masturbation and contraception.
A Catholic school in Milwaukee, WI., has boycotted American Girl Place, from providing a doll "fashion show" at the school. American Girl Place immediately issued a statement and tried to backpeddle away from the underlying issues. They have not, however, changed any of thier activities or positions.

In the news again...
Pro-Life protestors demonstrated outside the American Girl Store in Chicago, IL. and raised awareness about American Girl's connection to the Pro-Abortion cabal.
